| 05/18/2009 "My dad travels a lot for work but I know he does it because he wants to provide for me and Mommy. When he is home we dance, play outside and watch princess movies together. He makes a lot of sacrifices so I can have a safe home, healthy food and toys. A couple of times a year he volunteers to cook barbecue for over 3000 wounded soldiers and their families at the Fischer House in San Antonio. He is always helping others and that is why he is the best Daddy in the world." |

| 05/17/2009 "Our dad does a lot of things to make our lives better and more fun. We are involved in all kind of sports and scouts as well as advanced classes in school. Even though our dad works very hard at his job and works a lot of hours, he always gets to practice to help coach hockey in the rec league for my brother and on my varsity team. He volunteers with the rec league as the league president, so other kids who\'s parents can\'t volunteer can still have a good organization and play hockey. He is one of the assistant scoutmasters in our scout troop and is always there to help out other scouts, not just me and my brother. He goes on campouts, hikes, other activities and helps with scoutmaster conferences. We really appreciate everything Dad does for us and the sacrifices that he makes. That is why he is a Great American Dad!" |
